What is the refund policy for this holiday sale?
Gift Certificates are non-refundable but can be transferred to others.
Is there a limit to how many gift certificates I can purchase?
There is no purchase limit while supplies last. (Purchase for your friends and family).
Is there a minimum age to skydive?
Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of the jump.
Is there a weight restriction?
Jumpers cannot weigh more than 250 lbs and must be height-to-weight proportional. Individuals weighing more than 200 lbs, should contact us in advance for pre-approval.
Are there any other associated fees?
Yes. Please note there is a weight surcharge of $2 per lb for guests over 200lbs.** This fee would be charged onsite in addition to this promotion. Also, an $8.99 service will be added at checkout for this transaction.
Are there any requirements in order to check in?
Must have a valid, government-issued ID at check-in. Once checked-in each person will be required to complete two legal waivers prior to the jump.
Are reservations required?
Yes. Black Friday Gift Certificates may only be redeemed with an advanced reservation. Certificates cannot be redeemed for walk-ins. Reservations can be made via e-mail at jump@longislandskydiving.com or calling (631) 351-5867.
What does "promotional value" mean?
The promotional value paid is for a tandem skydive, which can be redeemed during the 2025 season only.
What does "actual value" mean?
The Actual Value paid can be used towards the full retail price of a tandem skydive after the 2025 season.
Can I combine this promotion with a different discount or promotion?
No. This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions or receive group rate discounts.
Can the promotional value of the certificates be redeemed on any day in 2025?
No. Certificates can only be redeemed during our operational days only. Our skydiving season is between late April and the beginning of October (weather permitting).
