Skydiving terms & Conditions

• All payments are non-refundable and all sales are final. Credits are valid for 9 years from the date of purchase. There’s a non-refundable $8.99 service fee per person.
• Person must be at least 18 years old. A photo ID (showing birth date) is required at check in. Original gift certificates and rainchecks when applicable.
• We only accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards; no checks. Cash accepted in the office.
• The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented at check-in time.
• The regular rate of $298 will apply to all reservation deposit jumps. The only exception is for loyal customers who have previously jumped with us.
• Pending balance of $248 to be paid the day of your jump. Repeat customers balance is $159 with proof of previous jump with us (video, photo or jump certificate). Any video/picture packages to be paid the day of your jump.
• In cases of inappropriate weather, reschedule your skydive if weather prohibits us from jumping but there are no refunds.
• Our weight limit is 250lbs for height to weight proportional people. If you are over 200 pounds you will need a pre-approval before booking. You may obtain this pre-approval by calling in or emailing us. Factors such as age, height, overall physical condition, body shape and combined exit weight will be reviewed before an approval can be made. Preliminary approvals can often be made over the phone but in all cases a final approval can not be made until the instructor has had an opportunity to see the student’s build, body shape, and overall physical condition in person. Add’l fee of $2/lb applies to all skydivers over 200 lbs. (Each participant will be weighed, fully clothed with shoes on, at our facility prior to the skydive.)
• If you decide to reschedule your appointment, the funds used to pay for your booking can be applied to a future date – as long as you contact us at least 48 hours prior to your reservation time. A $50/person fee applies for late rescheduling.
• If you do not arrive for your reservation or contact us as previously explained, you will forfeit any payment made to us. A $50/person fee applies if you arrive past your reservation time.
• Every jumper must completely fill and sign a Legal Release, Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement and safety briefing BEFORE arriving at our facilities.
• While we cannot allow spectators inside the skydiving building, they are welcome to watch from our designated spectator area right by our hangar. They won’t miss a thing!
• All flights require minimum passenger loads to operate. We will do our best to offer you alternate arrangements if minimums are not met.
• The United States Parachute Association (USPA) mandates that all skydivers must have a minimum of 200 jumps prior to taking a camera into freefall. No outside cameras are permitted on your skydive due to safety reasons. There are no exceptions.
• Our 2024 skydiving season goes from April 19 to October 6th, weather permitting.
